Replica of a Bodhisattva's depiction. The term of "Bodhisattva" means "the essence of wisdom" ("bodhi" means wisdom and "sattva" essence in the Sanskritic language) and it is used in the Buddhist tradition for the great vehicle, for the human beings who reached a superior spiritual condition whose essence is wisdom and direct knowledge of the truth.
